I agree with mintball's view of the Bee Gees as coming across as almost completely humourless and arrogant. I can't stand most of their stuff either.

i'm not tired of individual RIP threads - these two were household names and worthy of mention and respect whether you liked their music or not - each contributed to the music scene at the time and are an important part of my musical upbringing if only to confirm how much I detested disco !
