I'm surprised no one hasn't commented on this already but did anyone see in the league weekly about Sean Long asking to come play for us if he comes out of retirement?



What do you think? Still good enough for our league at 37 or past it?

Wasn't he injury prone towards the end of his career?

If this is the case then I would only have him on a pay as you play contract.

We need to be giving young lads a chance! Long was no doubt class in his day. His day has gone.

The Finn thing was higher up than Long.

Me too, that would be the "bums on seats" signing

I would be happy with Him as well, Maybe thats why he put the spanner in the works for Finn, so he could come himself.



He may be 37 years old but i remember only a few seasons ago what a massive difference it made bringing Graham Holroyd out of retirement. If this gets confirmed then my cash will be parted with for the season ticket. Currently I'm hanging on to find out whats going on with the structure.
