Its been raining now for almost 24hrs solid



the pitch will be unplayable after the warm ups!

it will take at least 3 - 4 days of dry to sort that pit out.

looking at that picture and looking at the weather we have had i dont think we will play, forcast for next few days are is WET and windy, so not looking good,

siddal's game on sat as already been called off due to the pitch been waterlogged,

More heavy rain, sleet or even snow forecast over the weekend too the pitch is going to be in a right state.

On Wednesday at Leigh was Blackburn reserves v Man Utd reserves too. You wouldn't think anyone had ever played on it. Don't know how they do it.

You have to give the ground staff at Leigh alot credit for that.

The hose pipe wouldn't reach from Hilton Park !
