Absolutely delighted, a great team performance and proof that we are not a spent force. Featherstone are a cracking side and we beat them in their own back yard. Credit to all the squad and coaching staff.

Funny thing is if we had not given them the ball so many times with silly passes and dropped ball we would have won by more, but I will take a golden point win anyday makes it so sweet.

Found it amusing that they played something over the tannoy about them being the co-operative championship champions! Guess they can add Northern rail cup winners to that.......oh hang on...they aren't and wont be either.

I've missed this cos I'm on holiday but can't wait to watch it when I get back. Gutted to have missed it. Am also away in Sussex the day of the final but now have people working on getting to Blackpool for kick off. Not missing it!!

Agree felt so much more comfortable with Patto converting was a bit rusty but he has the quality to get back to his best.

Pretty awesome. I just had a sneaky feeling we could do it even when we were getting battered in the first half. Maybe the try on half time actually did us a favour. How Nashy got that ball down i will never know. Why would we want to win it in normal time though, its so much better beating Fev at their own ground, going up the hill, towards their fans in golden point extra time. Sweet.



Notice Hewer bottle the penaltie a minute from time when Penky gets pushed playing the ball. Was a couple of iffy decisions but overall thought they did OK apart from Fevs short try.



The change since Nobby has come in has been phenomenal, we are playing like a team instead of a team of individuals and as a bonus we are still playing with MC`s flair that we are acustomed to.
