I was saying that when the players are looking for guidence you need to be in the trenches together not 50 yrds away shifting the responability to someone who has never won anything,yes i am refering to "Bally."

I agree with Calland on this one, you get the best views from the stands, its not even worth a debate.

It seems to be the way of things now in RL but I have to ask why do all the footy managers still stay pitch side like in the World Cup?

And having one or two old heads is OK-but we have too many. We have Larder, Holroyd, Gene, Wrench, Aizue, Watene, Tamghart who are 30 or older and many are forwards where the most work is done. Steve Price has done nothing for 2 years and do not think he has played this year due to injury. Cunningham also has missed a lot of games over the past 2 years and is not anywhere near as good as he was 5 years ago. Senior is not as good as he was neither.Menzies is an exception.

Danny Fleming has been back from Rochdale for nearly 5 weeks now. Matt Calland cant even acknowlegde him so hes not gonna play him. !!!!
