You stated fev aren't and never will be as big as fax.... what measures are you applying to make that assessment as to the 2014 clubs?

Crowds?

Turnover?

Assets?

Investment?

League position?

Latest balance sheets?

Fax have much potential and people including sadly KH seem to think money is the key to success on the field- it is not and Harrison keeps coming out with excuse after excuse about other teams budgets. Sorry Karl but your player recruitments, tactics and team selection must be questioned. Also if money got teams more Successful why are Cas doing s well despite having far less Cash than others? I feel often that we lack the mental toughness to do much under Harrison. Cut the excuses Karl and sort yourself and the team out and admit you have made a mess of things. I know Karl loves the club but he simply is not the right person.



Halifax WAS a big club. We are have beens that think we are bigger than what we are at times. Fax have no right to win any games and need to earn the right to beat Fev, Leigh , Batley, Dewsbury etc and not just turn up. Its also not a question of what we have but how we use what we have and for me we seem to struggle with this both on and off the field at times.

Who cares, what's the point, all our clubs have had illustrious pasts, lets hope we have illustrious futures.

Fax are in the Championship battling for a top 4 spot at the moment for a reason. We have fallen from grace and have not been good enough under either the franchise system or more recently under the RFL funding scheme to help a Championship club back in to SL. That's because we are not a big club anymore and whichever way you cut it are not at the same table as the likes of Fev and Leigh at this moment in time. To me that means we need, as a club, need to take a look at ourselves in the mirror and start showing and planning some clear ambition both on and off the field. Whether we like it or not we are in the entertainments industry and people want to see success and be a part of that. Our current leaders look to me to accept mediocrity. If you do that is exactly what you will get-mediocrity. That won't be good enough for next season and beyond with several full time clubs in our league. Time for a shake up in my opinion.

This is all well and good but the last time I looked, Reactiv media owned the club and they invest what they can. They are by no means a cash rich organisation, less so with recent events I suspect.



In order for a shake up at the club Reactiv gave to sell up or invest more.



The other option is the current board just walk away. Seems we can't have it any way. We have what we have!
