Uptoncat you like most SL fans have 'swallowed the RFL spin' my friend, making a statement like 'following the RFL's advice' is very dangerous, I may come back in 3 years and tell you the same IF you don't get a franchise next time and see how you would take it?
The thing is the RFL are corrupt and we all know it, even SL fans but the problem is its like being in North Korea, you dare not say it or else they 'get you back'. Its do as we say not as we do in RL, when it goes your way RL fans are happy but they forget it may not always be like that!
As for your earlier statement calling our Chairman childish that was just plain daft, he was speaking from his heart and showed his frustrations after we did everything asked of us as a club the RFL stab us in the back and even make us say sorry for daring to speak out by writing our own later reply.
Oh and yes it still rankles us that even though we are financially stable and do not rely on one a sugar daddy to prop us up they keep a club in SL who rely on the owner of a double glazing firm to pump his money in yet that is better according to the RFL???
