Haven't Cas recently parted with their Chief Exec? Whats with all the anti Salford vibe from the Cas fans of late, insecurity maybe?



I don't see how this is making them a laughing stock. Give me the Doctor and his cash any day and I'll happily let anyone laugh at Wakey. The guy is doing it his way as he always has, about time we had a character like him in the game to ruffle the feathers of the cozy cartel at the top.

Dr Koukash could prove to be a very problematic thorn in the majority of other SL sides IMO as he can and will offer serious contract upgrades,and to any player that Nobby has on his wish list



From Cas he would obviously be looking at targeting both Rangi <if he can get a visa for him?> and Daryl Clarke i would presume?

Daz Clark, has the talent to end up at any of the tops clubs in this country and the NRL. I do not put Salford in the category of either.

You have some ridiculously high opinions of some of your players. Daz Clarke has not shown enough quality to say he would unseat any NRL hooker. Salford who would probably be willing to pay more than the likes of Leeds, Saints etc would be more realistic next move for him.

What do you know exactly? Daz Clark (no e) is exceptional especially for a guy of his age. He won't be far off an England call up, and I imagine will be England's number 9 for some years to come.

Not sure if you know, but castleford was approached by warrington last year for daz.

DeeHell - Its not insecurity, its a realisation of things to come. I think the new owner of Salford has rubbed oposition fans up the wrong way through various channels. The icing on the cake regarding Castleford was probably his comments regarding breaking the salary cap next year - something he as publicly stated he is willing to do.



Imagine this - 2014 - the bottom 2 teams to be relegated from SL. Salford who finish 12th accect a points deduction but it is still enough to see them survive the cull. How would the 2 clubs relegated feel about that? The RFL might even consider allowing them to pay above the cap giving them imunity from the drop zone. It could happen to Cas - it could happen to Wakey.

We have also seen how unjust the punishment was for fielding 14 players this year in a SL game. 10 grand is nothing to the Doctor.

what makes me feel insecure is the fact that you get the impression that he can say/do what he want. I feel extremely worried that the RFL won't act.



Saying that "a lot of teams spend over the cap, I will do the same" is slanderous of the RFL and it's policies, yet nothing was said. He publically brought the game into disrepute making those comments.



My point with him "getting rid but not sacking" his chief exec, is that he brought him in his self when he took over - he's lasted about three months.



Surely you'd be wondering what the hell is going on.



My worry as a Salford fan would be that he's using their beloved club as a plaything, and as soon as he gets bored (as he has done with his CEX) he will drop them in a worse state than they were 6 months ago

Why didn't thr RFL ask him to name names of those clubs he is saying are breaking the cap ?

Don't forget Dave - wasn't it Nigel Wood who introduced the Doctor to SL ?
