In an ideal world there would be 8 sets of cameras. One for each of the C grade clubs, but of course this isn't an ideal world, it's the RFL! |

This is true and a sad reflection of the RFL. Other than the applications for Wakey and Cas (and possibly Salford, Quinns & Crusaders) the rest, at the most, MAY have been given a cursory glance 
Most will have been shoved in a cupboard. That is the sham of this process.
So it shows the inadequacies of the RFL to be unable to fix an actual date and time rather than try and give the impression that it is such an arduous task to pick the team to be booted out !! The whole RL world knows that unless they commit hari-kari, all the expansion clubs will get the nod and Salford have a stadium being built. So that only leaves Cas or Wakey.
IMO the announcement will be on Radio Leeds at 10am on the 26th July and cameras and mikes will be at Cas and Wakey. That's the only two places where there will be any worthwhile 'news'. Oh, and the news will be good for Cas  |

As a Wildcats fan I would be gutted if Wakefield or Cas went out of SL....the bitter rivalry is fantastic for both sets of fans...I have friends & family that support the tigers and we would all miss the banter.
I hope both clubs stay in...there you can say I supported Cas for once...Hope it goes well for you lot.
