This is my first visit to Wembley Stadium



Is there any restrictions in food and drinks you can take into the stadium in a bag to your seat



Any information would be useful as i dont want to pay Wembley prices

Yep. You can't take your own food or drink.

I've always taken a rucksack with me, which is checked on entry

Take pop cartons rather than bottles. Even plastic ones had to be poured into a plastic glass

Flask of hot water was OK, as was the food I've taken



Plenty of overpriced food & drink outside & inside.

How over-priced do things have to be before you'll carry all of your food and drink for the day around with you, all day, in a backpack ?

shouldn't that be that you're not allowed to take your own food and drink in, but it may be possible

Around £7 for a slice of pizza and a soft drink, more for burgers, or fish n chips

If the prices of all of those items are putting you off eating/drinking them then that is a good thing, are there any salad bars inside Wembley or are all sports fans assumed to be lards ?

In a moment of weakness at the Conference play-off final, I bought a Wembley hot-dog. It tasted of fish. Avoid.

I have always taken food in -no problem at all.Sometimes bottle tops are taken off,but it is easy enough to hide bottles in pockets etc

The prices in the stadium are ridiculously over inflated so my tip is to get really drunk BEFORE you go in, that way avoiding expensive and y tasting beer.

To be fair the Burger I had at half time in 2009 was rait nice, but then again I had prescribed to the Fat Boy way of thinking prior to entering the ground. Read into that what you will.
