Trying to think of which NRL club needs a fullback. The basket cases Newcastle and Gold Coast are the obvious ones. If he's bad off the field in Leeds then Christ knows what he'd be like there. The only other possibility is Souths if Inglis has moved permanently to stand off. Maguire might actually knock him back into shape. If he brings his form of the past few years he'd do well there - think this season has made a lot of people forget how good he's been for the rest of his career.

If I switch it for luke warm badger slash, perhaps Bobby Kostanothin, the utterly unknown manly 5th choice hooker of Lithuanian extract is more likely.

His interview for today's evening post hardly stunk of someone about to leave either 'we won't throw in the towell' 'we can't be down all the time'........ End of they year I can see it happening maybe, but rumours doing the rounds are for an immediate release which I can't imagine is true, if it is, despite his performances this season, that'd indicate we're ready to stick in with Golding, which would really tell you we have thrown in the towel, as he is currently of middle 8 quality Max!

Luke Burguess is out of contract at the end of this season and cant see any nrl club wanting him so no swap deal needed to sign him
