Kind of made this thread to get some good ideas for a weekend away!!

Had some great ones mate around the UK!

Had the best sunday night out ever in Dundee.

Edinburgh and Glasgow are good also.

Newcastle and Liverpool can be decent.

Had a fantastic lads weekend in Weymouth.

Me and my mates escaped from Arnold years ago in Leister and had a great night out on the town.



But I’d have to say the best night was when me and a few of us escaped Stone House in Kent and headed for Bird In Hand Pub on Dartford Road. Whilst it wasn’t the kind of bird we was after it was the kind of bird I was after - prison.



Bar owner at the time had connections and arranged for me to do bird in a young offenders institution so I didn’t have to spend time in places like Cheadle Royal, Mary Dendy or Warlingham Park for the rest of my life. Ever since I’ve got out I've been on the straight and narrow and they’ve not come back for me yet!

Liverpool is alright. Been there enough times, same with Manchester. Bit bored of Manchester now though. The worst I've been to are Hull, Blackpool, Brid, Scarborough & Skegness.

There are a few who will now view the list of towns as places to avoid for a night out!!!



Whitley Bay is one such place

Skegness is like living in a real life "Sean of the Dead" movie



Whitley Bay was ace when I used to live there - when I moved away it went right down the pan

Done edinburgh and loved it



Done whitley Bay/ Blackpool



Done London/Manchester/York/Newcastle



Done most of the East coast towns



Need some more ideas places that arent as well known that have a suprisingly good night out, Cromer in Norfolk suprised me, top night out and full of clunge!!
