Even though it's pretty nailed on that we wont have a winner again this year but i'd like opinions on who'll win.



I don't think you'd go far wrong with big Keef for starters.

That's a fair call,i reckon randell at quinns,peacock,gidley and cunningham.

I think moore at huddersfield for young player of the year also.

I agree DHM i forgot about mozza!

Now I don't have Sky Sports it's harder to judge.

I reckon Myler is a dead set for Young Player tbh

That's a good point although if he's out for the rest of the season moore should run him close!

If Buderus carries on like he's going he mightn't be far away.



Chad Randell is the current favourite for me, however he probably will suffer from small club syndrome and end up nowhere near it.

It's far too early to be even looking at this years M.O.S



When Eddie and Stevo start slavering over this years "flavour of the moment" Saints player, then get your money on sharpish

Sam Tomkins will be very close.



MOS O'Loughlin has been outstanding this season, however he's going to be out of the game for around 6 weeks so that may go against him.

Has to be Morley really. He is respected by most players who are the voters, so...

Good call - is proving to be a handful at the moment but as it is now voted for by the players expect Mozza, Peacock, Keef or Jack Black to get it.

If Buderus keeps up his form at the business end then he'll have a great shout. We're on Sky 3 out of the next 4 I think so he'll probably come to the forefront a bit. Other than that Senior is a good call.

Our closest possibility is Pryce for top try scorer but even though he's been prolific this season, he's still a few points from the leader.



With the exception of Moore, our young guys have all simultaneously flown under the radar so we won't have any contenders for young player even though we have our own little gem in Gary Wheeler (not caught Sky's corporate eye like Myler and Tomkins though). Moore could be a contender but I think he'll be overshadowed by Myler or Tomkins, inspite of playing a consistently fundamental role for Hudds this season.



I wouldn't have a clue who to choose for MoS, although my Saints bias says Cunningham deserves it simply because he should have had it years ago and missed out!
