As I said on the VT he's had a bit of a stinker for me. Though he has in no way been the difference between the two teams. |

Nothing to do with Silverwood, the "Spineless RFL" constantly bow down to suit the Aussies!! Personally i think allowing the faster play the ball makes for a more flowing and exciting game, will be interesting to see if the way this game has been referee`d tonight, (not allowing any £annying about/holding down in the tackle), has set the precedence, with regards to how every other game is refereed for the remainder of the season. If it does, i can think of at least One team who is going to have to re-think their style of play.

I do not support either team, but I felt that Mr Silverwood got most but not all of the calls correct. The ones he didn't all went in saints favour.

English RL is quick play the ball's & exciting Rugby (alot like our soccer lot)

The amount of forward passes that were missed by Silverwood for both sides was amazing.I still would like to know why we bother having touch judges half the time as if the ref misses them,then they should spot some of them at least.
I am sure this season we are getting more like UNION where the pass has to be 2 or 3 metres forward for it to be given.
