I'd love us to go for Louis MS. Bit of an unknown quantity at the moment with bags of potential. But with the likes of Peacock, Kylie, Ali, and still Big baz in the wings he could really turn into an outstanding player. plus he is young and english.

I feel things would have been different if it hadn't been for the injuries. Must be tough not being able to do the thing you both enjoyed and earn your living from.

Agreed, he's homesick, but that doesn't mean he has no desire to play for us. When he's been on the field this year he's put in a really good shift.



While I'm pleased Leeds have not just released him for no compensation, i'm not convinced we'll get a substantial transfer fee for him, so might end up with a compromise deal. A player exchange may be on the cards.

Hmm it would seem reading between the lines it isn't all down to the injuries. if its true the Bulldogs really want him back no doubt they will have been tapping him up via his agent. now take into account the number of ex NRL players over here who have said they are homesick, had their contracts torn up and then gone home only to start playing again in the NRL. I think Leeds have realised whats going on here and decided to use a bit of clout.



As I see it Leeds are going to keep hold of his registration and not just rip his contract up meaning we will require a fee. The reason been it looks like GH is not happy about the underhand offers coming from the NRL. Now i maybe wrong but if he really wanted to, GH could hold his registration but not include him in the squad meaning he would still get paid but now count of the cap as he would never be played.
