There was a quote from Kirke in League Express:



"All I do is give JP a bit of a break. He's a machine. If I can give him a bit of respite so he can go back on and do what he does best, I've played my part".

Sums him up and is a fairly honest appraisal of what he sees as his role.



Surely though, it's not beyond the realms of a professional RL player to actually do something whilst on the pitch giving JP a breather.



This for me sums up what is lacking in Kirke. That he sees that as his role and that he is content with it.



Sad really.

I can't remember the exact wording of the rest of the quote but he still seems unsettled at having to play as a prop. To be honest he'd do a lot better to embrace the role and put his all into it.

Maybe Griffin will do that next year?

Roby missed two tackled but I believe made 45 in the whole match; Wilkin was our second best tackler. Moore was our third best tackler with I think 29 tackles but ruined it by



Yes, I'd say Puletua was having a snooze!

Always quite liked Moore as a player but he does seem to give away alot of silly penalties at the wrong times
