I think there's alot of scaremongering WRT the proposed Red Bull link up IF we link up with them i don't believe for one minute GFh will allow them to rename the Club and i don't think the FA or FL would either.

Onto the rebranding of ER and shirt sponsorship then i say bring it on NO-ONE will refer to it as the Red Bull Arena or whatever name they come up with its a commercial exercise EVERY fan will still call it ER a perfect example is the Revie Stand every one calls it the Kop!!

Like the football league stopped Cardiff changing kits or the situation with with Wimbledon.



You say nobody will refer to it as the red bull arena or whatever you are wrong the media will be forced to do so as will other clubs and gradually it will become the norm in 10 years time youngsters will have only known it as the red bull arena.

As for the kop there are plenty of names for it which is fine as none include sponsors.



Gfhc are an investment bank they are after a quick buck and will get that however possible.



As I keep saying look at what red bull do and don't be so arrogant to say it won't happen to leeds united because we don't know that.

i remember, being old, coventry trying to change their name to coventry toyota and being refused. the F.A. would never let the name be changed.

The fact you are just guessing isnt very reassuring, I would urge you to look at red bulls track record.

i have. and clubs they have bought they have renamed and transformed. they were small or new clubs in small leagues that needed maximum publicity.

leeds have a massive following, a big name and they wouldn't need such publicity in what is a massive league.

if red bull bought leeds then i would be worried. as it is its sponsership and boy do we need it

Considering the club has been up for sale since December I wouldn't rule anything out.



The club currently has a shirt sponsor, so are red bull going to buy that deal out and just sponsor the shirt???
