Quote Exeter Rhino="Exeter Rhino"Lowes and Anderson fair enough. Medley and Powell were already close to the end of their careers. Yes they did haunt us for a season or two, but this is in a completely different category, and mainly because Leeds were in the doldrums around that time. Karl Pratt in a similar category.
How could you forget Mike Forshaw?'"
Medley was hardly at the end of his career he was like 23 when he was swapped with paul Dixon to Halifax. Medley never really lived up to his initial promise, powell yes we got rid a little prematurely but we had his best years, Anderson was plain crap when he played for us and he went to Halifax and did nothing there, went to Bradford on last chance saloon and new interchange rules suited his style.
Lowes was the biggest mistake, there gave been others but the vast majority we have realised have not done much. People say Gale but he was well down the pecking order and nowhere near as good as mcguire sinfield or Burrow, he has gone well at Cas but has hardly haunted us owned by Mcguire in GF.
Lowes and Bobby Goulding where the worst mistakes.
