Stevie Ward isn’t injured, he’s not allowed to play due to concussion, you can hardly knock him for that.

Wouldn't be surprised if he's already qualified the amount of time he's not been playing.

Yes he’s had injuries but like JJB in his early years they are different ones mainly.

Wards injury record compared to JJB is not even in the same league. JJB injuries where mainly late teens early 20’s and a couple of bad ones towards the end if his career, he was a very durable player for a number of years, ward us anything but durable. Wards injury record is simply atrocious and people are getting sick of it, yes this one is unfortunate and right not to play him due to concussion, but its just one thing after another. Would not be surprised if he was out for weeks because if this, and maybe the club are using this to cover up another issue knowing the fans will not be too pleased.



We all want him to be a fit healthy player, but we are carrying a player who struggled to play double figures every year. If he plays more than 50-60% of games this year i will be surprised.

Rather 1 Stevie than 13 Liam Sutcliffe. Brave as a lion that lad.

If we had 13 Stevie wards in our side we would be playing with 5 players every week, if we played 13 Stevie Wards playing against 13 Liam Sutcliffe's every week the Sutcliffe’s would have a 2-1 advantage.



Nobody wants to bag ward, we all want him fit, but its obviously annoying fans that he is injured with one thing or another more often than not.



In Crosby, surely club can tear his contract up after going injured for well over 12 months. Get rid.

What happened there did he join us injured or do it last pre season?

Dont know, seem to remember Darren Fleary being released from his contract after being out fir over 12 months onto a pay as you play deal, ( or something along that lines)

Sutcliffe could have a 13 to 1 advantage he's a waste of a shirt and a waste of cap space abysmal player. As for Stevie you only get concussed if you have a go no chance of that happening with Sutcliffe
