just read another forum that Caisley is ready to take over once more and bring in new investment/investors.I wonder why this time he can generate investment,and not before?,but I am informed all will be revealed this week

Looks like we will have to wait another couple of weeks on the Rugby Union side, but you could speculate based on this:
