| Im 100% in favour of a new Coaching set up & would have no problem with these 2 joining in some capacity but definately not as overall Head Coach(es).

| sound daft, neither of them wants to coach. mcdermott will be still in charge next year unless our season collapses again.
a name nobody is mentioning as a potential head coach, is ryan Sheridan, been a number 2 for like ten years and looks a good coach, think he is a big part of castlefords success this year, maybe ready to step up to head coach, and has good history with GH, could be a shrewd move to get him on board.

| Sheridan wouldn't cost much at all either. Reyt up GHs street.
I'd let Kev or JP become our new head coach anyday. It doesn't look like either of them have any interest in becoming a head coach just yet. Maybe in afew years time one or both will give it a go.

| Presumably this refers to today's BBC article.
Cunningham was a great player and competitor but clearly doesn't have Sinfield's intelligence and Kev was in a different league as both a game reader/manager and a leader of men. He has all the attributes to be a fantastic head coach or, potentially, CEO.

Sheridan is an excellent shout for the role, I would love to see what he could do with our young pivots.

Exactly. surely we have more pulling power than Castleford's Assistant - Assistant Coach?

| The only thing Sinfield will come back to Leeds to do is take over a role on the management side, my guess would be Rob Oates current role when he steps in to take over from Darth.
He's said on multiple occasions that he isn't interested in coaching and feels he can do more good in the administrative side.

Only taking a passing interest these days in what Leeds are doing, but it does seem McDermott has well and truly put that Cas debacle to bed.
Coach for life maybe?
This Purcell seems to be a good find..and much better than Segeyaro?
And nice to see McDermott heeding my advice to use Moon at SO at long last....
