Well i was one of the few who stuck up for him in france last week, but little yellow backed ,turncoat ,judas ,2hat will get plenty off me for one on friday,and suspect i will not be alone,feck off right now for me,and this is coming from a supporter of 40+ yrs.

Certainly seems to be angling for an early release.

He will be back in two years with his tail between his legs looking desparately for a club in SL.

I wish him nothing but failure in his new venture, and if he does come back to our quaint little game with his tail between his legs, I hope the door is slammed firmly in his face.

Kyle was imo pretty truthful in what he said.



However i do wonder if Kyle would have got this interview if he was staying in RL.

I thought he sounded pretty thick and pretty bigheaded. Pity he didn't tell Saints earlier that he had a longstanding desire to play rugby union but didn't think he'd get the chance! Us fans could have saved ourselves our vocal chords in either cheering him on or booing him off!

Probably did but if he had any respect for Saints or RL .. or the fans then he would have either refused the interview or made it plain the subjects he would or wouldn't talk about (which would probably have meant they wouldn't have bothered interviewing him).



If the guy had any class he would have kept his head down and proved all us doubters wrong by having a strong final season for Saints, now all he's done is alienate himself even more.

It's tough viewing for all League fans and as hard to admit as it is he's probably right in alot of what he says.



I think the problem with this sort of thing is that if the guy really did have respect for St Helens like he says he does he'd be better advised keeping his gob shut and doing his talking on the pitch. Go out there and perform to your best and regain some lost respect from the supporters that have backed you from the moment you got a break in their side instead of coming out and bigging Rugby Union up at a time when these same people are hurting.



Ashton did the same to us and sometimes you wonder if these lads have any real respect for the club, the supporters or the game. They get given their break, show 'some' glimpses of their potential and then run off at the first smell of the Union money whilst not even having the decency to show the game and the people that made them some respect.



Very sad really.

I don't know where the club stands on this but in RL is it possible for a club to stop a player from being interviewed in the media, contractually I mean?
