Great coach, as proved at Catalan and as proved at Saints given what he's had to work with.



Now if only he wore Ray Bans, punched the air and got friendly with the cheerleaders - we could be looking at a living legend.

Why don't you like/rate potter?



Do you not think he's done well this year with our current injury problems?



Would DA have done a better job?



Do you feel he has done anything good in his 2yrs at saints ?

That's the only game plan he has!

I think he's on a no lose situation at bulls next year. He can't do worse than the two guys they have had in charge this year.



If he gets the bulls into the play offs then nobody at the bulls can moan.

Old team, getting older. And, from an outsider's perspective, something seems to be just 'wrong' within the club.



If they do make the play-offs, then I'd say that once again Potter will have proven his credentials as a quality coach. I think it's too big an ask, though.

I'd put money on them making the eight next year.



They have signed a few ok players that will improve them a great deal next year. Also orford will be fit which is massive for them.



Bryn and elima will improve there pack.

): if you want to know what I think of Potter then you'll have to go searching. I really cannot be bothered repeating what I have said before in different discussions and I do not want the usual tirade of insults for expressing an opinion which doesn't go down well with some on here. I'm sure if you think about then you will remember the points I've put forward before now. You've disagreed with them often enough!

I have only disagreed on the fact you don't think he's done a very good job at saints.



I don't know all your opinions on why.

Some people always used to believe the world was flat, no matter what was said. Sometimes, it is best just to let them worry about falling off the edge.

You're assuming the people worried.

Granted its from someone who doesn't see saints every week, but Potter seems to have kept you at a similar standard (results wise) whilst losing key personell and not replacing them with new signings. Long was the heartbeat of your side, and then add that to the injuries you've had this year to finish 2nd surely constitutes a very successful season.



In my opinion the least he deserved was another year with the raft of quality signings your making. The youngsters he's developed will stand you in good stead for years to come, and your filling the gaps with quality signings.



For me, your the team to beat next year (dependant on your new coach)
