Hopefully, but we don't know that. From McManus' bizarre programme and press release soundbites it seems he genuinely believes he's one of the best players in the world. It wouldn't surprise me if he's still on a huge wedge. |

Isn't the supporters club folding at the end of this season? For lack of support. There was an interview with one of their key people a few weeks back in the Star. Their support has dropped considerably since leaving Knowsley Road apparently and they can't afford whatever it is that Saints charge them for a room. |

Dogmatic stance? You mean a view that doesn't coincide with your own? I'm no more or less dogmatic than anyone else on here. I can't remember when I last read a post in which a poster actually changed their mind. |

it all depends what these players are on. Cloughie is very underated by some fans imo. Meli, well if we're not in a grand final he's a good strong winger/centre still. Wello, well if he's on a lower wage and is there to help makinson/Ashe/whoever develop into our future 1 it makes sense. if he is still on top wages and is our first choice 1 everytime then its at best short sighted
