Lets be Honest though, if it was a choice between Wigan saints and Warrington then I'd certainly pick Wigan over saints. Wigan are the best team in super league, their coach backs all his young players and certainly isn't afraid to throw them (he gets a kick out of playing young lads) and they will pay better than us. Simple decision IMO'"
Just goes to show that players aren't always the best sources! |

Onething that strikes me about players "in the know" in these situations is that Hopkins is not going to want to be badgered by everyone who thinks he should go to their club, so he probably make a few non-committal comments like "yeah, Saints are a great club, I'd be interested if they made me an offer." to get people of his back. Next thing is that he's [idefinatley coming[/i.
If he'd said something to the press, or indeed a member of the club that was negotiating his signing, then that's another matter, but I'm afraid players must be victim to the rumour mill just as we are. |

Lets get things in perspective. Saints Wigan Warrington and soon Widnes will all be throwing their hats at a handful of players at local Championship clubs. You win some you lose some, Alex looks a winner Chris Hill looks a winner and I hope Hopkins turns out the same.

Been saying this a few times this season. One of the main factors of our poor season is most of the team are out of condition, most of the time we look lethargic and can,t switch on for 80 mins. Could this be the reason we are picking up injuries through being so unfit in the first place.
The current top 4 teams play with lots of energy we can only do that for 10 mins and then the battery needs charging. |

We also don't have a player that can lift us, someone like graham that does that big run or makes the big hit. Them sort of things lift other players and gives teams energy. |

I don't disagree that Wane has confidence in youth, I just don't think Brown has been that bad in bringing youth through this season at Saints. |

He's not been bad but its been mostly forced on Brown. |
