Probably a record drubbing on the cards.



If we keep Rovers under 60 points I think we can claim a moral victory but wouldn't be surprised if it was 70-80 points.

I think if we can manage to not be nilled, I'll take that as a moral victory.

We do seem to get up for this occasion. Think we thought something similar was going to happen last season, and when we saw Mathers & Addy in the halves well...



With it being a big crowd we might get some fire in the bellies and at least start better than last few weeks.



I think it will be similar to the first game at their place. Plenty of effort, but KR show their class and the score will end up around 50-12. The other games are more important. If Swinton, Rochdale and Dewsbury all lose, w'ere still hanging on in there. If they pick up wins, we're toast.



Personally think Bulls fans should boycott it and stay in the walkabout and stick too fingers up at the RFL giving us Hull KR, while Rochdale get Oldham, Swinton get Sheffield and Dewsbury get Batley. Absolute farce.

Around October this was probably billed as a top 2 game and the closest on paper.

Personally I'm very likely to turn the telly off after the second game on the Saturday. Or at least turn over to Doctor Who.

Despite the fact that Bradford had finished 5th, below 3 other Championship teams who could have occupied that place in the fixture. Should have been Fev, London or Batley. Any other choice was an unfair one and aimed at getting crowds rather than having fair fixtures.

Ha! We weren't even top 2 last year never mind this year!



Its going to be another demoralising cricket score. Top vs bottom, another cracking idea from the team that okayed our last 2 (and current) management.....

Its just this: lets squeeze the poor Bulls fans one last time, eke out as much brass as we can from them before tossing them away. Despite it always going to be a one sided drubbing and not the 'advert for the game' that our portly overlord seems to think it is.



I'm not off. I gave my tickets away. I mean, who wants to see their favourite thing kicked to bits on live TV?

I'm off. The young lads representing our once great club are not to blame for this predicament and are putting their bodies on the line. The least I can do is go suffer with them. Once more unto the breach...

I'm not going. It's a travesty that we're playing HKR in the first place. Now we're putting the kids up as cannon fodder I can't support that policy.



Going to matches should provide some enjoyment not be something to suffer IMO. I may have felt obligated to go in the past but now things have gone too far.

On the makeup of the Summer Bash, I've never really understood why the RFL think that putting by far the two supported clubs in one match is a good idea.



How many of the people who are going to support the Bulls are doing so because we are playing HKR? Very few, I'd wager. Most are going because it's a weekend away, plenty of time for a drink, food and fun, with rugby matches thrown in. Same with the 3500 who have allegedly bought tickets from Hull - surely they are going for the weekend in Blackpool and the craic.



If they'd gone for 1v2, 3v4, and so on, I seriously doubt that the crowd would have been diminished in any way whatsoever. Then they could have had Hull KR vs London as highly competitive match to round out day 1, and then Bulls vs Halifax as a spicy local derby to round out day 2.



As it is, by the time we get to the final game of Day 2 there'll probably be about 500 people in the ground...
