At the end of the George confirmation possibly 5 extra players to be announced for next year and some even confirmed before next week?



Who have we heard linked irrespective of strength or likelihood of them signing?

They are the main names (to be new signings not heard anything other than T and a for re-signings), that I have heard mentioned a few times and not always on here. any more?

Blythe I believe and also Gaskell. But do we really need to sign Bosc and Anasta, who are both stand offs, and a full back, when we already have Kearney? I suppose Anasta can play in the second row.

Well FC has said he wants to hold on to Blythe and Evans. So I guess that means 3 actually new faces if we manage to get them signed up. I'd imagine we'd be after 1 if not 2 centres, depending on Purtell. We've an overseas spot open with Lulia leaving. I'd hope we'd be getting in someone who can play back up to 6 or 7 if Addy is leaving. A LF if we're losing Addy, Langley and Donaldson and maybe a mongrel like 2nd rower a la Elima to add a bit of bite to the pack.

Think Blythe and Evans sound like possibilities but got the impression we could have 5 this week and those were a few weeks off being finalised. Could be wrong.



Anasta would be a marquee signing for any club in the league and is under contract for next year at Wests. Could not see them letting him leave at same time they are going to lose Marshall.

Would think we need a centre and just squad players, Gaskell as been mentioned can also play 6/7 aswell as centre so if addy is going I would be after him still young, still think we need a seasoned prop even if we keep Evans, hopefully donno stays but if not we want a loose forward, think our 2nd row is covered with olbison, bateman, roberts and ferguson with maybe a centre who can fill in, all depends If donno signs if not we are looking if he does we can strengthen other areas.



Bosc would be a great cover but we need a mongrel like has been said either at prop or LF.

Not sure but Carvell impresses me everytime i see him. Great pick up, just what our pack needs.

Is one of them gonna be Keith Senior as Asst Coach?

I'm not sure the Bosc, Sarginson and Bailey rumours are right.
