Chairman Green said: “If it’s right that we should get any points back then we will and if it’s right that we shouldn’t then we won’t.



“But if the sport is to have any credibility at all then it has to be that it believes in the transparency of the process that it has in place for any appeal.

It's obvious that the administration was unavoidable, thanks to both the RFL and OK, as a result, I expect nothing less than 6 points. The fact the Wakey fans even put together a poorly worded letter only but confirms that they are indeed clutching at straws. Their 'bully' tactics should no longer be tolerated!

Think a lot of those on the VT don't realise that it is an independent panel (The RFL says the appeal will be heard “as soon as possible” by a specially-convened independent sporting sanctions appeal panel chaired by a qualified solicitor or barrister which has the right to uphold the deduction, reduce the severity or overthrow it) The RFL has got nothing to do with it, they may find that the 6pts was wrongly decided as it was against BB2014 who never actually took ownership of the club, and now MG is in charge (he was the largest creditor wasn't he?) has his debt been cleared and he has been paid off.



Admin was unavoidable due to the 3 parties OK, BB2014 and RFL all dragging their heals through november and december until it was to late in jan/feb to do anything about it, I quite like being resented at by oppo fans, some hate us others don't really give a monkeys, but the world will end on here if we are given all 6, in the immortal words of King Kevin of Keegan "id love it!"

Surely 3 or 5 points are an option also?

Couple of things from that if anyone got a clear understanding.

Does "overthown" mean the points deduction is reduced to 0 or that the original decision is set aside?

If the original penalty is set aside, would that mean we'd have a further hearing back with the RFL?

If overthrown means reduced to 0 would that be an end of it as the appeals panel decision is final?

Technically I think you're right (also 1 point), but I suspect it'll be a multiple of 2 points for a competition win. So it keeps the poll simpler.

I'm not getting my hopes up.

I think we should get 8. That includes an extra 2 for all the pain and distress we've suffered due this iniquitous punishment.

I'd hope for a 4 point deduction but I'm expecting it to be unchanged.



We'll get advance warning if that's the case as the Wakefield fans violently ejaculating into their undercrackers will be audible in Bradford.

Does this have the potential to screw up the RFL's day? If the deduction is thrown out due to not following process correctly/incompetence will the leadership of the RFL survive the week?
