try the Chapel house they do good food and only 10 mins from odsal

You're going to struggle with that, not much in walking distance and I wouldn't vouch for the quality of anything round there.



If you want a good curry grab some chips in the ground, head into town and eat after the game.

Akbars is only a 5 minute drive from Odsal Top...or Saffron Desi over the road. Then pop into the 147 bar for a few and onto the match. Client will be well impressed.

There is the Toby Carvery pub that serves all day carvery just 5 minsfrom Odsal, I think it's about £5. It's quite decent food and the best time to go is usually somewhere around tea time when it's fairy busy and everything is fresh.

It's just on Rooley lane mate, the actually pub is called The Pavillion and it's a chain of Toby Carvery, it's on the same side as the old golf course and the opposite side to McDonalds. I think it's opposite a Yorkshire water building if I'm correct. It's not bad at all, I've been lots of times.

Ah yeah, it was one of those 'kids theme pubs' a few years back?

Yeah that's right mate. It used to be called Brewsters a fair few years back. There is also another carvery pub in Tong that's not such a big chain, that's really good food there. If people want a Indian buffet then I think there is one down Manchester Road called Sahib's. I've been there a few times. It keeps closing down and opening back up though and I'm not sure about it's opening times though. As for Chinese buffet, there are three that I go to quite regularly but only one is in Bradford that is Beijing Diner on Halifax Road, it's £4.50 but it's only open on Mon, Weds and Fri I think and certain times. The other is in Halifax, that's called The Imperial which is open 1200 - 1400hrs daily Mon - Sat and is £5 and finally there is Jumbo in Huddersfield which is open all day everyday which costs £8. Jumbo is the best and has the best selection.
