| Quote boost="boost"Sammut is not in the squad for Sunday. We have our two first choice half backs out injured. Lloyd and Tansey will have to play out of postion because our fourth choice half, Sammut has gone awol and left us in the lurch when we finaly need him to play.'"
He's playing tomorrow so don't worry and the fact that he didn't get named in the initial 19 man squad is really irrelevant when you think back to what happend eariler on in the season with St Helens and Leeds.

To be fair, Sammut's best game performance in a Crusaders shirt was when he got of an epic extended long haul flight from Australia via Singapore and straight onto a coach to Edinburgh.

| It's an odd pick to include Ah Van over Ainscough. Have to agree that it has to be down to Ainscough not being quite fit to warrant selection. However, given Ah Van is meant to be carrying an injury from the Wigan game, you have to wonder.

| I was rather hoping Potter would pick a team containing players who would be with us for 2012. I'd rather see Finnigan get another couple of games under his belt, it's not like we have much left to play for now.

| Good to see Briggs back. Herbert was given far to long and failed miserably. Hoping to see a bit of invention on Sunday.

| It's a really hard game to call tomorrow.
I've really got no clue which whether we'll be bothered, or they'll be bothered - or neither. It could be a dull, scappy game that feels like a pre-season friendly, it could be points fest - anything is possible

They are professionals; they're paid to be bothered.
If they don't feel they owe themselves, the club and the pledge campaign, not to mention US a decent showing after the last home match then there's something seriously wrong at Odsal. Whatever the result I do think they will be very bothered.

| I expect it will be a fairly 'flat' afternoon to be honest, certainly won't be much in the way of atmosphere.
On the positive side, it will be good to see Chev back in action. You would hope the players might want to put in a decent showing for our final home game.

To be honest I thought Cas did put in the effort, they just weren't very good, especially on defence but with probably too much desperation and nowhere near enough steadiness in attack. FC were a class above in both areas.
You might think that could be a similar story today but I can't see Cru defending anything like as well as Hull did. Mind we don't have anyone as effective as Rangi Chase in attack either.............
