I would of thought the RFL will have a rule that's states any appeal could result in a increase of points deducted
I think that rule will be on page 765 of the RFL book of rules(and only they have a copy) |

Who is going to appeal it NOW? The administrator? Is that his concern?
The deduction was for going into admin, which the bulls did so thats four or six points.
If the new owners once sought offer to pay the existing creditors from the old business i could see the RFL reducing that to four and think that would be fair in the circumstances.
I think that is well within the rules.
