| Quote Highlander="Highlander"Does this have the potential to screw up the RFL's day? If the deduction is thrown out due to not following process correctly/incompetence will the leadership of the RFL survive the week?'"
if that happened would the RLFANS servers survive the week?
But it would give the RFL a number of headaches you're right. Shame its next week if Mat is right, could do with this settled and out of the way either way asap.

| I've actually wrote a letter to the RFL,they said they will deal with it once they have dealt with a letter from Wakefields chairman.Apparently he's asked if the RFL can gets the numbers on the balls mixed up again in the draw tonight so we get Wigan away instead of Keighley at home

| Tbh, the problems that lead to the first admin were not properly addressed and were exacerbated by the poor management under OK and really we were never really out of administration

| If Bulls don't get any points back you can guarantee the Wakey fans will soon dream up a fresh RL vendetta against them every time they are penalised by the ref, to ensure Wakey are relegated.

| If I may put in my tuppenth worth, I do not know how many points, if any would represent a fair deduction. To make that assessment I would want to know the basis of the previous reductions in points deductions (Wakey and Crusaders). I would though expect that the independant panel would seek that information from the RFL.
What were those reductions based upon/ Was it percentage of debt paid off, or an amount ( eg £ 100k,)? Did Wakey and Crusaders pay off similar amounts or proportions. Only with that information can the panel compare the circumstances.
If that is done then the end result should be fair, whatever that total is.
Now having stated that I cannot make that assessment I will make a prediction, as I suspect there may be great differences between the Wakey and Crusaders cases that would set a precedent of 2 points back if any additional repayment is made. Consequently I expect you to end up with a decduction of 4 points.

| We've also lost [or will have by the end of the season £1.2m, which no other club has ever had to lose. Now, for the purposes of this points thread I won't go into any of the fairness, or otherwise, of that - however, if we/they/the panel, are looking back to keep to precedents, then this must surely be factored in?

Was the half money part of the sanction for this Administration? I don't see how that can be factored in to the apeall as it relates to the previous administration - but equally I cannot see anything in RFL rules that states a second administration warrants a harsher penalty. I think the appeal should consider only the 2014 admin

| I haven't the foggiest, but looking forward to the appeal being heard so we know exactly what penalty we will have to overcome to survive in SL. Naturally I'm hoping we have put together a convincing case for the panel.

| I'm voting for us getting all the points back.
I don't think we will, but I'd love to see the explosion on the Wakefield board if it happened.

| Never mind the Wakey forum, their chairman would erupt. Magma Carter, if you like. He'd kick the office cat so hard, he'd probably crack a toe.
