Whilst modern day shirts look like formula 1 cars, I'm not sure it's possible to please traditionalists. I tend to favour trying to please those who like a modern shirt for that reason (since you'll never please everyone).
I see a minimalist shirt and tend to think the reason behind that is so they could fit more sponsors on. Not necessarily the wrong thing to do, but I'm not sure a lot of the design process involves thinking how certain groups of the fanbase would like it or not. |

A decent effort and the crowd seemed to quite like it in the room but I think I will wait to see what the away looks like personally.
Robbie (who I thought had left??) was doing the announcements and was certain that Friday would be the latest day it would be in stock... cue a guaranteed missed deadline.
On a separate note, the crowd was very healthy. 2,400 season tickets sold by all accounts which is a bloody good effort for this league and more than last year if I remember correctly
