I'm a current ST holder - my entire family are for that matter - and we haven't had any correspondence from the club asking us to renew our STs yet. Fair enough I get the odd generic email, but surely my details must be on their records somewhere and I should be red flagged as a current ST holder who has yet to renew - why aren't they hounding me to buy a 2014 season ticket?

No phone call, no mail shot, nothing.



Now in my case it doesn't really matter because I am definitely going to renew, but how many other current ST holders are out there who are still in two minds that could be persuaded if they received a quick phone call from the ticket office or a letter in the post?



I appreciate that mail shots don't come cheap, but I'm not sure that articles in the t&a are enough marketing alone to do the job.

There's been a bit of a cock up on that front. When I went to renew my season ticket this week, I mentioned that I'd not been a ticket holder this year, but had previously and the girl in the ticket office said they've had a new system which means they've lost the old database of fan data. Which is probably why they wanted as many people as possible to complete that questionaire.
