Isn't that pretty much redundant now? Can't see Moore wanting those share anymore, OK is stuck with them.

Will it go on until the court case??



Unless the cash flow problem has been resolved? The club will at some point run out of cash. Also if the directors have stood down have they effectively relinquished their bid to own the club? If that's the case, then will there be a court case as OK is the owner again, so a court case to judge on ownership would seem to be an unnecessary expense.



But will OK be able to run the club on his own? I mean who will step in to help manage the club and could OK pay them?



There is no simple solution to any of the Bulls problems, but all parties have a lot to lose. Someone on here has already said that OK has put the club in jeopardy, but it was in jeopardy when he bought it.



Could a fans trust buy the club from OK?

Could another benefactor buy it? And would they offer anything more than more loans?

Will OK now liquidate the assets, to claw back as much of his outlay as possible???

While I totally sympathise and understand the agonising frustrations amongst my fellow supporters at not knowing the full details, everything should become apparent in the coming days.



Today has to be seen as a positive step - how can you want shares in the club by having no intention of paying for them?

Liquidate What?

Is the thinking something like:

"You won't transfer the shares, so okay, have the lot, debts and responsibility and everything, and go down in history as the local man who brought down the bulls. Or transfer them and walk away. Your call, OK."



RHP is a poker player, right?

I questioned the other day if the directors had actually put any money in the club.



I don't think OK has done that much wrong. Moore told everyone bar OK that he wasn't paying a penny for the club. If I was OK I wouldn't be too happy and would hold back the shares until I saw some money.



What did the new 'owners' expect, a free go at running a sports club? Reality check for Moore, Watt and Calvert!
