I saw a Leeds branded truck on my way in to Ellesmere Port to work last week.



Targeted advertising, innit.

I think you might find it is spelt winning. HTH.

I did hear that it got pulled up for speeding until thirteen blokes jumped out of the back and started harrassing the man with the notebook in the dark uniform.

Ill-conceived idea putting big splashes on the side of trucks and localising them too. They'd have been better spending the money on having more trucks with generic ads on the rear doors - after all, that's the bit that most people see.



The trucks looked impressive at the sponsorship launch but their effectiveness out and about on the road is minimal.

Sttobart truck with an impressive picture of Danny Tickle on side spotted driving in in the City of London (Cannon Street) on Weds. Definitely attention grabbing.

I've seen the (or is it a?) Sam Tomkins truck on the A34 several times (it could be a regular run for all I know). They are quite striking!



It is different in that I never saw the 'Engage Superleague' logo except when at grounds (or on Sky).

Where's that?

Cannon Street is an overground and also underground station in the heart of Londons financial district.



I spotted the truck at 12.30 on Weds. Rather perversly, at the same time on Thursday I spotted another Stobart truck going the same route, this time with the standard (non-SL) Stobart signage.

the only one i have seen is the one you lot had going round the ground, i thouht id seen the wigan one with rat face on it....but it was just bird sh**.



the money they wasted on the truck branding would of been better being given to the clubs or put into grass roots, might not be much but better than being wasted

saw the London broncos one in Redditch worcestershire the other day

Is marketing "wasted" cash (not that cash was involved from the SL clubs anyway)?
