Just a few minutes ago it was announced that the Bradford season ticket pledge target figure was reached. This means that over 10000 people will now get season tickets starting at £60 (yes SIXTY POUNDS). Well done to the club for arresting the decline, hopefully now for the bounce upwards.

10681 was final figure. Add on the junior and oap tickets wihch dont count towards total and were looking at over 12k season ticket holders. plus we're still selling them and will probably shift a decent amount more now the price has been fixed. Even if not all the ticket holders turn up to every single game we should still be seeing much improved attendances next year. And club has said that this isnt just a one year thing, this is a sustainable price going forwards.

Well done to Bradford, their board has taken a gamble and it's paid off...better than sitting back and moaning!

Are season ticket holders counted in official attendance figues even if they don't turn up? They are in soccer, but not sure about RL?

Is it just a 'yeah ill probably be getting 1' situation or have those that have 'pledged' already handed over the cash?

Varies from club to club, depending on their turnstile systems etc and being able to tell how many ST holders [ihave[/i turned up.

This is simply fantastic news for the club, and for the game. A HUGE rap for the board - Peter Hood, Ryan Duckett and Andrew Bennett - they saw what too many of us maybe did not see: that the embers still smouldered. That the support base is still there, just so wanting the club to do well and recover something of what it had lost. They bet the future of the club on their reading of the support base; and they got it right.



It needed a wind of change to bring those smouldering embers back to life. And a wind of change roared through Odsal tonight.



Something important is stirring. The sleeping giant is waking. The Bulls are on their way back.

Paid up season holders?

It should be, yes. Provided most* of the pledgers pay up for what is surely now the best deal anywhere in the game. Its surprising how many folk seem to have NOT pledged, waiting to see the outcome
