Quote Saint77777="Saint77777"Huddersfield are too good for him. Was once one of the worlds most feared props, but that was due to reputation. Mason ruined that reputation in one fell swoop with a half hearted jab, but wigan still fell for it and paid a stupid amount of money for him that resulted in them having to cheat to avoid ralegation. Watchimg him get used by castleford as a rag doll whilst at wigan was a hilarious memory of his playing career. Sure its on youtube somewhere
Terrible signing for hudds, unlessthey are after half price subway meals for their players'"
Wow, way to demonstrate utter ignorance of the subject at hand.
Fielden will do well at Hudds. He's the consummate professional and would be a benefit to any SL pack. I seem to recall in his recent comeback game against Saints he had a very good solid game and made a few of his infamous runs, bouncing off several players.
He's suffered a long-term injury but he's used that time off well. He was never the biggest prop and that had started to show as the opposition got bigger and bigger and began to overpower him, but Stuart has bulked up considerably and I'd back him against most forwards in SL. That said, Wane never spoke too enthusiastically about his return and it was obvious Stuart wasn't part of his plans, which appear dedicated to bringing through youth.
Yes, Cas nailed him twice in a game a few years ago. Happens to everyone. If that still gives you a hard-on I can only assume you're stroking Saddened with the other hand as you type.
Good look Stu, a true gent and a true professional, hope you tear it up at Hudds.
