I don't watch the bbc channels that often, but are they running any promos for their actual coverage of the WC games they have?
I know there was something on during the CC final build up, but I mean actual standalone features that air between completely unrelated broadcasts.
Perhaps we are still too far away for those to kick in yet.

Priority now should be shifting tickets. They can davertise any relevant coverage much closer the time. |

Clueless RFL, everyone makes a brew at half time, hence they'll miss it !
They should pay for all the around advertising hordings instead (albeit save themselves a few quid by omitting the ones behind the goal England are attacking, as they won't get seen). |

I wrote to the RFL the other week about something I thought wasn't so great. So credit were it's due; I thought it was a great ad. Short, to the point, and lots of big sweaty blokes for the lasses.
For those who'll have a moan anyway, ask yourself; when have we ever had a national TV ad campaign ahead of a Rugby League world cup?! At least now, all those people who might be interested in our great game and didn't know it was even happening (i.e. everyone that isn't a rugby league supporter) will know it's happening.
Fascinated to know what this opening ceremony will consist of though
