That is the beauty of this signing for Leigh and for Fui Fui himself: he won't have to face opposition as fierce and talented as Sam Burgess. He will make an impact simply by virtue of the weakness of his opposition.
In the event of Leigh being promoted to Super League in 2016, Fui Fui will probably not want to face the heightened competition, especially of props from the top four clubs whom I mentioned in an earlier post. He may not want to take up a second year option, if offered. So far he has chosen his correct level for this stage of his career. |
