Unfortunately when you write things down, they tend to stay written. When you accuse somebody of gaining money under false pretences, it tends not to be looked upon favourably.

One of two things has happened here. Either it is related to the previous court date and is probably to ensure payments are being made or this is a separate thing which will no doubt be all over the local press tomorrow.



The first option makes the most sense as it would be a date set after the first hearing to ensure the company abide by the repayment agreement to the taxman- ie if they hadn't paid they would be subject to the winding up order. (hence Crystal Palace went into Administration last night to dodge the bullet today). Assuming Wakie have kept up their side of the agreement there will be no problem and maybe even further restructuring of the repayment to Wakies benefit now that they have proved they can meet the liability.
