| yep thought maybe Toronto for a couple of months but this doesn't surprise me, Tom Holmes still has a lot to learn but more regular games maybe he can blossom now.

| Such a shame it didn't work out for him with us again - but I'd rather him go than keep upsetting the apple cart like this. But this is good news for Widnes in my opinion - gives them a little bit of spark and something to get excited about.

He does - I haven't seen him looking for excuses? Mental Health problems can cause diminished responsibility in a lot of cases. I had bad depression about 10 years ago and did all sorts of strange things - your decision making process is impaired.
I hope he comes through with his career in tact - produced 2 of the most memorable highlights in terms of pure skill in the 20 years I've been watching RL.

Are mental health problems a continuation of your life? Or do you fix them? He left Leigh with mental problems,he returned to a sport that created those mental issues with Cas..
Now mental health issues are one thing, but paying the bills is another..
Are you saying he should sit out at Widnes when he arrives? Take another club for a ride.

From what I can tell Rangi has had quite a colourful upbringing, these things could be deep rooted problems and probably are tbh.
No one that good with a Rugby Ball is gonna be happy just sat collecting wages. He already retired once but had to come back - ed the other night at Fev - he's clearly struggling.

He's done the same at all clubs. How can he go to Widnes to play with mental health problems? He either has them or doesn't. If he does have mental health issues, then Cas are wrong in loaning him out and Widnes are wrong in accepting him.
Personally i'm sick to death reading about personal mental health problems which are being used as an excuse. This is one of those cases..A person who is not happy unless he is putting himself in trouble.

He is a Leigh fan, you know. You have to make allowances for that.

My thoughts exactly.
I don't understand how going to Widnes is going to help in any way, shape or form. It's not a fresh start, it's not pastures new, it's not turning over a new leaf. If he had mental health problems at Cas last week, he's going to have the same mental health problems at Widnes this week.
Although I don't know the full ins and outs of his last two 'episodes', from what I have read and heard it's classic self destruction behaviour, in effect a cry for help.

| Going to repeat myself here but Wakefield sacked Tim Smith on the spot for drunk driving and he actually does have a mental health condition. ATOETD Atomic is right, Chase is an idiot with an attitude problem a bit like Scott Moore, Rich Owen, Kevin Locke.

And you know for a fact Chase doesn't have a mental health issue ? An earlier posted said they thought chase had a colourful upbringing well that's a bloody understatement. I think he does have problems but sadly he doesn't help himself. And if you aren't prepared to help yourself there's only so much those around you can do.
