It was f*cked up wasn't it? Choreography was all wrong, camera didn't seem to know where wilkin would be going, wilkin was having to try and keep up with camera and was out of breathe and struggling to speak properly.



Wilkin is normally spot on with his punditry, so i can't help but think people behind the scenes dropped a ball and screwed him over there.

Any advert at any time is surely beneficial, I bought The Insanity work out on an infomercial at 3am.



Whinge moan whinge moan, if you have any genuine ideas and means to fund them, I'm quite sure the RFL would be keen to hear them, so don't be shy.

I'm getting tired of those who love to have a whine.



It's getting to the point were anything done or not done gets hit, usually by the same people.



Nothing wrong with the advert at all. As for the time slot, there are loads of people who watch JK. I'd imagine it's a good laugh for the student population, also I very much doubt that the slot was picked. It will be part of a package. Only certain high profile TV programmes carry their own ads. The rest just get bundled into a deal.



For the fans who moan, when they look at that long never ending list of problems with RL, they should think about putting their constant moans near the top.



If I was not accustomed to it, it would certainly put me off attending if I had to sit next to you dreary lot.

The extraordinary rugby league advert was shown at the start of the year during Coronation Street and FA Cup soccer. Wigan have been doing it for a few years to advertise the 'Big One' fixture.

They should be damned full stop. Take the blinkers off. RL is run worse than some dodgy kebab shop.

This is international RL and for me they have their house in order on this.

What part of 'I know the RFL could improve in a lot of areas' didn't you understand?



What is 'blinkered' is people moaning about the best bit of advertising we've seen for RL in many a year, just because there are other areas that they are disgruntled with the RFL for. Some people just cannot give a balanced opinion, either everything is great, or everything is rubbish... Usually the latter!

They have just played the advert during ITN News. What does that say to our marketing guru about the target audience?

well done to the marketing department its sounds like a good campaign but its just shows what they are capable of so why not the same for super league?

I think this is disgusting. I'm with Ian Lenegan on this one, the RFL have been to focused on the World Cup this year.



The seats will sell themselves. No need for any advertising to a national audience.

Many people myself including probably watch Jeremy Kyle for the laughs it gives you looking at some of the idiots we actually have in this country that for some reason are still around breathing the same air as the rest of us.



As for a cheap slot maybe people need to look at what is the most popular daytime TV programmebefore they spout of, Add that the RFL have a 30 second slot at hal time in the England match and I seriously don't know how the RFL can be blasted!
