I can't get an answer on the phone either.



As much as this issue may be Ticketmaster's fault, this is basic customer service that the RFL / RLWC is failing in here.

I was originally told that my tickets had been printed and would be sent out end of September. They never arrived so I queried it and was then told they were printed and sent out in August and that I would have to collect on the day. I refused to accept this and insisted on having ticket re-sent to me. The RFL representative said it wasn't possible as the tickets would be printed by the stadium, however he went to a meeting at the stadium and got them to print the tickets and post them. I also got a 50% discount for all the hassle. I was misinformed on a number of occassions but I do suspect that this is down to ticketmaster not the RFL. However now the RFL should issue regular updates.

Whoever is responsible, my contract as a consumer is with the RFL. It is not unreasonable to expect them to do something as basic as reply to an email or answer a phone.



I'm currently on hold to the Red Hall ticket number (rather than the useless RLWC number). Been on hold for 17 mins thus far.

I hope the solution isn't collect at the stadium. I cannot make the game now, so would be unable to collect and I haven't got the tickets in hand to send back for a refund or give to a relative

If its collect at the stadium I best get there about 6am because by the sounds of it there's going to be thousands queueing.



Has anybody actually recieved tickets for this yet?

I did about a week after ordering them..

I got through after about 25mins on hold and was told that they'd be reprinted and posted.

Me too, ordered ours and they were here within a week so it seems to be a problem with tickets ordered a while back rather than recently. Hope everyone gets sorted in time !!

Finally got my England v Ireland tickets today. Spending most of Monday trying to get through to them on the phone was worthwhile afterall.

Hope everyone else is getting sorted out now.
