4. The cutting of funding is a ing disgrace both in it's actually happening and its timing! The RFL are responsible for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales......unless the RLIF have tomorrow nights lottery numbers, then the game will suffer in those 4 nations.

5. The sooner SL becomes self managing and the RFL concentrate on their real jobs the better.

I still lol at people who classify NZ as unbeatable because they put a few points on Scotland. Yes, England can beat this lot

Brough is having a brilliant tournament. Would have taken England up 2 levels.

I must have missed the part where i said they were unbeatable. Never did. But england won't beat them.

Warriors and Kiwis love to play that style, but if you put defensive pressure on them they make mistakes and are very beatable.

unbelievable about them cutting funding, what happened to the guff about spreading the cash around grass roots? shouldn't they be trying to build and spread the game after this tournament.

Scotland should be really proud of that effort. Terrible news about the funding, is that the RFLs lack of sponsorship starting to bite?

Call me a pessimist, but I can't help but think Scotland RL have known this was coming since the SE cuts but decided to announce it now so as to cause maximum uproar etc. Good tactic if so.

The fact that Danny Brough was not selected to play for England way back when the squad was first announced suggests that the England coach may have a slight problem of professional judgement.

Whilst I don't disagree about the timing of the release, I fail to see what any "uproar" will achieve. There are 3 more QF's, 2 Semi's and the final to come....I think all the fireworks (if there are to be any) regarding the RFL, Funding the game, restructuring etc etc.... will start to be lit about December 3rd.



Thought Scotland punched well above their weight and are to be applauded......but as I have said in another thread, the Kiwis haven't really had to play past half time yet.....the Kiwis do look awesome!
