Both Hull clubs and Wigan Leigh share the same post code and the same service area and sign from the same clubs whilst Bradford and Hudds fight it out quite often for local players.
Why do you find this so hard to understand.
As for your Wigan comment, no amature clubs in Wigan are "tied" to Wigan, that is the fecking point, hence Saints will indeed sign Wigan based players if they see fit.

In the UK all players until 16 are pooled to a service area, guess what, covering an area. From there they are picked up by professional clubs, often before 16.

Cant go wrong with the guy, I dont blame him, Playing in the All star game is an excellent achievement for him in himself, but bringing up a child in that first few weeks obviously means alot to any father. especially when its your first, as I will find out myself in July, so fair play to the guy.
