| I did say on record that Brian Noble was not the answer. It seems the Dr and many RL fans are blinded by the media and the soundbytes. Noble is past his sell by date, you were promised improvements and yet as the record shows despite talking a great game he has not improved upon Alan Hunte.
Yesterdays coach far better suited to a media role!

| Quote Bonita Red="Bonita Red"Quote Bonita Red="Early Bath" - we have some very useful players who need to be coached to use their best abilities.'"
Under Vievers we were hammered, under Hunte we were hammered, under Noble we've been hammered.
Not sure which coach will get the best out of this group but criticism of the current coach is bloody ludicrous and laughable.
C'mon guys,surely you're better than this!'"
Bonita - normally you talk a lot of sense but your adulation of Nobby is misguided - at this time. Come on - when Hunte & Long had the reins we saw players bending their backs, pivoting - even having a couple of moves. Under Brian we have retreated in our offensive displays - markedly so. I am not saying sack the coach - I just want to see him play to our 'strengths' and those are NOT in the pack so a different game plan is required.

In Noble's last job he took Crusaders to a playoff spot in his last season, so I fail to see on which grounds you can say he is past his sell by date with any confidence.

| Watched the Ex Sale player in the 20s, very able player and an accurate goal kicker, I can't see no harm in playing him he is strong in defence and quick in attack. At this point now what harm can it do.

| I think it its important that we don't make any knee-jerk reactions in relation to Noble and yesterday's abysmal performance by the team. It is clear that we are in a transition phase and Koukash is doing the right things behind the scenes. I guess the main frustration is that the background work isn't having any effect (yet) on the pitch.
It's only a matter of time before things pick up. Lets keep the faith and get behind the team. With any luck we'll be laughing about yesterday's game in a couple of years when we're making small but steady steps in the right direction.

| Just read the following quote from Noble on the club site
"But technically they kicked far better than we did. We got a lesson on how to kick the ball tonight. The way we are finishing our sets is killing us".
If kicking is all important why leave out Snyed our best kicker from hand, OK he may be the best of a bad bunch but at least he is the best kicker.
I had to listen to the first half and get on a plane and it was even more pain for me, we seemed to ushering Wakefield through all the time. One thing that was constantly mentioned was the sheer size of the Wakefield pack in comparison to ours so think Noble will shortly have to revert to type and get some big units on board (I'd go for Ewan Dowes until the end of the season as he's a pack leader).
One plus was that Adam Neal was co commentator on BBC and was pretty decent at it, let's hope that SKY take note of these things for future reference.

| Rubbish heartless performance !!
We have got to have the worst halfback back combination in SL with and ageing Aussie who should have stayed retired and an 18 year old who has promise but at the moment is definately not SL standard.
A backrow that couldn't burst its way out of a wet paper bag, no fullback at the club who can tackle and organise things, two more over-rated, unfit Aussies, one 'halfback' playing hooker with stats that make your toes curl, and a prop thinking he is an halfback rather than doing the job he is paid to do!
We have other forwards who like to wear the shirt but for some reason dont like getting them dirty, and a coach who is persisting with the same team of 'EXPERIENCED PRO'S that is simply getting whooped week in week out.
Rant over....still depressed though !
