at the 'end of the day' Moneybags Salford lost again...despite the faulty clock.
With all this spending, you need to get a decent coach.
It's like having Peter Schmeichel managing Oilchester City....Doomed to failure/expectations.

The clock is only as accurate as the person pressing the stop/start button. It is open to human error if the timekeeper stops it and forgets to start it again immediately when the game resumes. Or the same could happen if the timekeeper pressed the button twice by accident.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying this definitely happened but there did seem a lot of added time and it is plausible. |

I'm no Kershaw fan as a ref but blaming him for your loss is a bit of a stretch.
When you review the video for the time controversy I wonder if it's worth checking who missed tackles and made errors wearing Salford shirt. It will be more valuable imho.

As said before, the official timekeeper is flanked by a representative from each club who supervise when the clock is stopped and re-started. If there are any issues they raise these with the match commissioner and I believe they both sign at the end to say everything was done properly.
I think the length of the game was mainly due to Cas packing every scrum quickly from when we went behind with about 15mins left. |

The timekeeping isnt an issue. Was only one team allowed to score in 'added time'?
We played very well in the conditions, and in my opinion, it was meli who let us down, twice.
A special mention to evalds who was outstanding in the conditions.

More advice from a Leyther who never watches Salford. Why do they bother? Iestyn continuing to prove all the doubters wrong. After the gossip from Fev I am just glad that we have a Chairman who has invested fully. |
