Tim Smith has dropped straight back into the Wakefield team and looked a class act with us.



His kicking game was fantastic against London and his distribution made a huge difference to us, Kirmond suddenly looks a lot more like the player he was.



Today against Wigan, Tim Smith has continued to dictate the game, again his kicking game was excellent, he put Kirmond in for another try and scored one himself while also defending very well.



Those two wins have lifted us above Salford having played the same number of games

It was inevitable this would happen. He is a class player when he's happy, but he really didn't settle at Salford at all. For the most part he was totally anonymous. We can't even blame the difficulties of playing alongside Rangi, because for the first 6 weeks (ish) of the season, Rangi was injured and, bar the game down at London, Tim still looked anonymous. A shame really, but these things happen.
