Butcher, if you had seen the abuse away at London last year you would know what I mean. Sure the team capitulated but our fans offering to fight the subs and coaching staff, whilst screaming disgusting abuse is just not on. They certainly have no concept of how to behave and on a personal level I would happily see the back of them. If I am not happy with the team I just leave, but I guess we are not all the same, I do not abuse or boo them, I do not see how that does any good. Anyway that is my view and I will stick with it.

Let's pray there's no repetition of past lunatic behaviour at the HJ on Sunday

My earlier post was more aimed at those that say people who wear silly hats etc are not welcome. No room for abusive fans whatsoever and I hope you didn't think I meant otherwise.

Cheers Butcher, I know what you was getting at, and I also have no problems with fans dressing up, just enjoy themselves and behave that is all we can hope for.

I think jester hats were the least of your worries in attracting idiot fans. Spoke to a lot of your lot and had some good banter and rugby conversations. However i was surprised to see a Salford bloke in his late 50's early 60's hurling abuse to the young lads with the drums.



"Sh1t without your drums arnt ya?" "w@nky wire scum bags" effing and Jeffing and all the rest of it. Who said it was the younger generation with no manners or decorum. A bloke of his age. You'd think he'd have more sense...

There's a particular moron stands near me who's got to be 55/60 and comes out with some of the vilest crap, couple of times I've told him to sling it but he's just dumb as dung.

Didn't see any jester hats in our end. The back slapping on the first 2 pages probably made this thread worthwhile though. Top reds.
